So if we get started, we will kick off with some proper introductions. I'm gonna invite our panelists, to drop onto the stage now. They should be appearing any minute if we'll get them. Here we go. Oh, fabulous. Hi, Oliver. Hi, James. And Matthew Hi. Any minute. We'll give him a moment. If we start off with Oliver, if you wanna tell us a bit about yourself, tell us a bit about, your your company as well, BridgeAI. Tell us what you do. Hi. Yes. I'm Oliver Wells, head of sales at BridgeAI. As you guys can see, BridgeAI is, an estate ops platform. We founded a new category of, of PropTech software. Essentially, we provide an AI infrastructure for your operation. At the moment, we're mastering the front end of applicant management, generating evaluations twenty four seven, dealing with, inquiries as they come in, but soon gonna be foraying into property management as well. Amazing. Thank you so much. And, Matt, you made it. Yes. Thank you. Do you want to give us an introduction as well? Tell us about yourself and about PropertyBox. Yeah. So, I'm Matt. My background is traditionally estate agency estate agency for twenty years. I joined PropertyBox, a couple of years ago, and I'm I work PropertyBox as sales manager. I'll tell you a bit about PropertyBox. So, basically, what we do is we help agents win more listings, keep vendors and landlords engaged for longer, and help them, sell and move in more properties, basically. Amazing. Great. Thank you so much. And, James as well, give everyone a introduction. Hi, everybody. I'm James Nolan. I lead our customer education, training, and solution teams here at Alto Software. For those might not might not know us, Alto is the leading UK cloud based software for estate agents and netted agents designed to help your agencies save time, boost efficiency, and grow their business. Awesome. Thank you. So introductions done, but we'll learn more about everyone as we go through, I'm sure. Let's kick off with quite an open question for each of you. What is the biggest challenge you see agents facing right now when it comes to winning instructions? And I'll just pick someone to go on the spot. So let's go, Oliver. Awesome. Yeah. Thank you for the question. So I would say that it has to come down to, competition. There are so many, agencies within any particular locale, especially within metropolitan areas, and, it becomes a bit of a race to who can get to that instruction first. So I have to say it's just a sheer number of of agencies, with any particular location. And when you integrate a system like BridgeAI, you can assure you that you will get those valuations first, with a twenty four seven coverage. Yeah. I was gonna ask sort of specifically how your product will will help that. So how how is BridgeAI helping that that happen? Yeah. Of course. So so as I said, essentially, BridgeAI form your team of twenty four seven AI negotiators. So you can be sure that, with this team of AI negotiators working around the clock, whenever a evaluation request comes up from the portals or indeed whenever a potential buyer says that they have a property to sell and they'd like to see it valued, you will be able to capture that lead faster than any local competition. We will respond to, that appraisal request or that valuation request no matter if it's 04:00 in the morning or 04:00 in the afternoon. So yeah. So in responses, I think that sometimes the things people will ping off, you know, asking for valuations and things like that to multiple different agencies. And sometimes it's just being the first person to get back in it. Sometimes these opportunities are missed. That's great. Thank you. And, Matt, over to you as well. What what's the biggest challenge you see agents facing right now? Yeah. So really interestingly, me and Oliver are quite aligned here. So there's loads of factors that we can't control. So, really, we've got to focus on ones that we can. And, again, it is down to that increased competition. There there's definitely more agents in the marketplace, so it's quite crowded. And agents are really struggling, I think, to differentiate themselves and get across their USPs, especially to customers where sometimes they don't always get to talk to every single customer. So they need to engage with customers without necessarily being able to speak to them first to then enable them to start a journey with that customer. So, you know, we wanna help agents make sure that they can demonstrate their brand power to generate themselves leads so that they can speak to more more customers and really set a differentiator from them and anybody else in the marketplace. Absolutely. And actually stand out as well because when you know, a lot of your average people that are looking for an agent to sell their property don't really know much about the agents. Do they sort of normally who's local or who's available? So, yeah, helping agents stand out when the competition's a a great factor as well. So you can make those decisions visually, right, when they're on portal. So looking great online is is really important. And everyone is so visual these days, aren't they? You know, it's all about the the images and the branding and how it captures you because you can be doing the best job in the world. But if you've not got something that's gonna grab that initial attention, that could you could lose the business there and then. And so Yeah. And and James, I'll come to you as well. What what do you see from an outer perspective? What's the the biggest challenge for agents right now in terms of winning instructions? I mean, I I echo all of this piece about, you know, it's a crowded marketplace and and getting your brand voice out there really important. But if we relate it to a CRM, you know what? It's it's a gold mine. Right? You've got people that you've sold to previously that we need to nurture and maintain those conversations. How many buyers go back to the agent they bought through? Stats say very, very few. Right? So how do you keep those conversations going, spot opportunity, understand trends in your marketplace around when people are gonna move, the demographics, how do you use your analytics and your reporting to really understand where you're strong as well. What types of properties do we really sell? What kind of buyers do we really attract? And do the two of those kinda marry up? So from my perspective, understanding your stock, understanding your buyers, using your analytics so then target the right properties and the right people at the right times. Yeah. And Alto, I know, like, we have a huge focus on winning instruction. I mean, that's it's so core, isn't it? It's at the heart for every estate agent to keep that business going, and there's so much can do on out of the all focuses on, you know, strengthening that and everything you do. What what do you think is the main tool that an estate agent should be using? Do you think it's the analytics that actually is the the main focus? If I was giving out some tips and tricks, answering your question, I'd say definitely understand those those analytics, dive into that that new feature in the software, understand your market, understand those trends of, like we said earlier, what you're selling and and who's registering, where you're getting the best possible fees, and then all those times out. You know, time from valuation to instruction, instructions to on the market, on the market to offer, offer to exchange, you know, understand those metrics. And that will then help you utilize things like your contact and your property groups. So, again, build up those audiences and then send the right type of content to those people. Mhmm. Yeah. Thank you. No. That's great. And so off the back of, I guess, tips and tricks for it, do any of you in the room, and this is a completely open question, have any success stories or stats that you think show to show the impact of the tool or, you know, your company, like, the impact that it's having on the state agents? Do you have any wins that you've seen firsthand? Yeah. I mean, we have many. Of course, we have we have many on the time savings side, which is a really crucial part of of BridgeAI. But, on the valuation side and the mortgage referral side, we we are generating such business cases, like mortgage referrals and valuation requests at literally 04:00 in the morning, 05:00 in the morning, 12:00 in the evening. And it's looking like on average now, it's about seven valuation, sorry, seven mortgage referrals every month, about four valuation requests per per average customer, which is yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Which is which is pretty good. And also as well, talking about tips and tricks and new features, BridgeAI has has got a relatively new feature called the campaign function, which, many of our customers haven't haven't used yet. It kind of goes to what you guys were were speaking about. Obviously, estate agents are sitting on a gold mine in the form of their data on the Alto system. They can they can upload some of those leads, and they can essentially use BridgeAI as a mass marketing tool to nurture those leads with valuation requests, via WhatsApp. You could message 1,000 people a day, 500 people a day with a with an AI conversation that triggers a valuation, request. And a familiar platform as well. You know, it's it's nice to people and they already know the tooling because it feels a bit awful here as well and a bit less scary than just downloading a whole new app or would like Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's awesome. Brilliant. What about you, Matt? Awesome. Yeah. So we've we've got quite a few case studies. We've got one in particular where we've been working with an independent estate agent since the start of the year. They're up against your normal, everyday estate agents all compete in. Their competition predominantly take, professional photos. This agency opted to come work with us. They use their own photos. They make them look brilliant with our with our tech and our software. It's really given them an edge in speed to market so they can get from pitch to port already before they've even left the living room. So their property is going live really, really quickly. They've embraced our water marketing tools, our editing tools. And on top of that, they're now doing all of their floor plans through us. So we're we're saving them huge amounts of time, not only in admin, but, like I say, the speed to get to market itself. And then they've also supported their social media campaign, with lots of content from us. And that's given them again a a wrench. They're driving more traffic to their website than they've ever driven before. And so far this year, they've seen an uplift of, versus market share growth anyway. They've seen an additional uplift of 39 instructions, which would have called to in his marketplace, roughly about 75 grams worth of additional revenue. That's massive. Absolute huge. Yeah. I think that's it's so nice to see those tasks coming in, like, really, like, justifies what you're doing. Because I think that I I used to be an estate agent, so did James as well, actually. So we have a really, like, first hand in it. And I think even a couple of years ago, you know, even sort of, like, five years ago, it really felt like having professional marketing, professional photography was a real privilege, and it was only really kept for, like, the best properties. And, actually, it has such a big impact, and your regular properties are are almost more impacted because they're the ones that are competing more against every other property. And it's so accessible now, isn't it, to be able to get that and just those extra little tweaks that enhance it so much more? But, ultimately, every property in the marketplace should be the best version of itself. It it's someone's castle, and there's always going to be not just buyers, but, vendors looking online browsing on which agents that they should be engaging with and which ones they should be inviting now. And they might have a one bedroom flat to sell. They might have a five bed detached. That it it's relevant. You just got to look the very best you can. So that person selling a home that's similar thinks you're the agent that, a, knows how to present property brilliantly, but also that your your brand sticks in their mind because one of the big challenges that is faced by every agent is portals debrand you. Whereas what PropertyBox can do is it can put your brand back in front center on every single image, every single floor plan, and make you really stand out. So regardless of the budget of what you're selling and the budget of the agent or the vendor, you've got an option to make your photos look great or you go for that extra expense on that high worth, high fee with that pro photography option if that's what you want to do. Yeah. It's elevating the day to day there massively, isn't it? Yeah. That's great. And, you know, James, I'll come to you as well. Which would do I mean, you harder, I guess, for us because we're not, like, agents. We're not we're giving them the software, but do you have success stories or stats that can show the impact of, of, yeah, what we have for them? Yeah. Yeah. Definitely. And, you know, the theme here, time. You know, I hear all of that talking about how you can utilize BridgeAI and communicate to multiple audiences, saving that time, listening to Matt, and again, talking about utilizing those enhanced photos, speeding up the process. And it's very much the same with Alto CRM. Right? On average, we save agencies around ten hours per week per user. Now you start having multiple branches and multiple users, and that time really adds up. In fact, we've got a client, Cheffins, who told us how they're saving, like, hundreds of hours a month through automation of daily tasks, like their marketing, their reporting, their admin, and compliance. They've actually been able to save, like, three, four full time hires on that. Again, which money saves time, but it's saving them the money. And then you combine that with the slick tools of of BridgeAI and PropertyBox. It's making huge difference to get those properties live, you know, show them in the best possible form of themselves on the portals and gain the most interest from buyers. And, again, those workflows are now so really speeding up, which are for example, the view ins, the booking, the motivating the feedback to get to where we need to be, people moving into homes. And a lot of, like, time and therefore money is spent on the sort of the day to day sort of menial admin tasks, really, aren't they? And that that, historically, was always done by an individual in the office that's having to take time to do it. So it's so good to see, and I wish I would have this when we were agents. So just having ways of being able to speed up those processes, the things that you don't really wanna spend time on, but you have to do it day in, day out. And I know Aldo is puts a huge focus and still is on creating more and more, ways of speeding up these tasks and, yeah, just making everything a bit more streamlined. Yeah. Hate to hate to show my age, but I still remember the old school property, you know, the old school applicant boxes, printing up photos, and, you know, getting a bit of bricks taken and sticking them onto your adverts. That's not too paper, weren't you, Dave? So what I was gonna ask is, I guess, it follows on from this in how does Alto integrate and work alongside PropertyBox BridgeAI? Because, I guess, agents watching won't necessarily know how how it works, how is it integrated, how seamless is it in involving, additional partners and additional companies. Yeah. I mean, first of all, really simple to go and integrate these products. If you're in your Alta platform, it is two, three clicks to go and activate this integration. All your details are sent across to our partners, which AI, Optibox, and others. They will then activate that integration in your CRM. And if we just take an integration like PropertyBox, you know, once that's set up, agents can then create, so we heard those high quality branded marketing materials in minutes after securing instruction. Those listings then become faster with those polished marketing materials to attract those buyers and those prospective vendors as you move as well. And, again, with BridgeAI, get really simple two, three clicks to set that up. Again, it starts to automate the entire booking process from inquiry to viewing, communicate with applicants via WhatsApp and email, and I'm sure that Oliver and Matthew can do a much greater service on their own products. But from an outside perspective, do free to to kind of integrate, and then it's all built within the workflow of the CRM system. Yeah. It's part of that. Like, the partners integrations that we have available. That's what I love about how integrated how seamless it is, really, because you can see them all on there, you know, within Alto, and then you can inquire and sign up your interest all via Alto, and then it's all integrated within Alto. So it's not creating all these different platforms, which can be really confusing when you've got, you know, got to go on 10 different websites to get a job done. At least it's, ready to go. I come to you. How do you see, BridgeAI working alongside Alto to make agents' lives easier and more profitable? Yeah. So it's really, really, really seamless. As James is saying, you just have to navigate to the integrations page, make a couple of clicks, click integrate, then my sales team will be in contact and within you know, could literally be be within that same day, you guys could be active. And then what will be happening is Bridget and I will be working in conjunction with Alto. So there is a separate website that you can access it directly from a link within Alto, very seamless. And then every time we we are dealing with an applicant, every time a booking is made, every time some sort of business proposition is generated, that order then automatically integrated over into Alta with no manual inputs whatsoever. So it couldn't really be any more seamless. Amazing. And, Matt, I'll come to you with the same, really. How how do you see it working alongside Alta with PropertyBox? Yeah. Excellent. So, again, we've got, as soon as you click button, sales team will will get in touch as soon as we can. The great thing is once you're fully integrated and set up, we've not only just got the desktop app, but we've also now got mobile app available on, Play and Apple. So that will help you again with your process because lots of agents are moving to capturing content in the living room on mobile devices. So you can streamlessly work there. And then the whole thing for us is about making sure we deliver speed and quality. So you want every Alto agent to be able to be able to list the property there and then be portal ready before they've even left that that home, make sure that that listing can be live straight away. And thanks really to the PropertyBox and how to integration, we can do exactly that. Save them time, save that, reduce their admin, and allow them to focus on the cash generative tasks rather than the admin heavy ones. Indeed. I think that's a a key point really in that because it it is so seamless, I think a lot of the time when you're wondering about adding a new integration or, you know, a new partner into your day to day work, even if you have secured the budget for it and you're happy to go ahead, Sometimes the main blocker can just be the the worry that it's gonna take too much admin to get it working before it starts saving you admin. And I think that's the key thing for for both BridgeAI and Foxybox and our other integrations really is that because it has been made seamless, it's not a big, big admin task to start using it. You you can just activate it, have obviously, have a call, get set up, and then you're you're on your way. There's no sort of, like, big hurdles to jump over to start actually, making use of it, which is fantastic. Where where do you think the next big opportunity is for sales driven agents over the next twelve months? So sales specifically. I'll let anyone jump in here because it's quite an open question. So next week would be for sales driven agents. I'm I'm happy to go first. So, yeah, I think, look, the the nature of the world that we're in, is that social media and AI are are both coming to the forefront. I'll focus on social media because I think it's a a place where people are gonna go not only to consume content, but, you know, people are now going there looking for recommendations. They're looking for services, and more and more people are using it as a first point of anything that they do. The big challenge agent space is historically been a bit scared to jump in on social media. You know, some people are a bit bit fearful or they're not on it themselves, but the reality is is that the way the market's moving, lots and lots of consumers are discovering agents in that way. So that's something that really agents have got to embrace because that's that's where you're tapping into leads. The portals and and things don't necessarily drive to your website. So for me, the social media is massive. Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. And then, of course, you you think, oh, well, of course, I'm gonna say AI, but really, it has to be has to be AI as well because, what what you're gonna be able to do when when you integrate some language AI is you're gonna be able to have that twenty four seven coverage. And I can't I really can't push on that enough how important that is. You know, I I always say if we kind of have, put our imagination caps on and you imagine that you are there, you know, maybe at 10:00 at night with your partner looking for your forever home and you've inquired about it. And instead of having to wait until the next morning or potentially two days in the future, within two minutes, you'll message, you know, on a on a communication platform that you like about that home, and then you're booked in for a viewing of that home in the moment that you're excited, in the moment that you have that emotion. It's a completely new experience with people, and, it delivers that that highest quality of service and ensures that you you you get to reach the largest number of people. Yeah. That does I think that does make a huge difference because sometimes it can be a few days. And you almost accept it when you inquire about a property that, oh, you might not hear back for a while and then suddenly it will come out the blue. But, yes, to get it all done and dusted. And also for the agents coming in the next morning, and, actually, they're not the 20 emails of, you know, coming from the night from 05:00 the night before, and they're having to deal with all that. They're always coming in with a a fresh state, ready to actually crack on and start looking for new opportunities, looking for new instructions. And it brings imagine sorry to cut you off. Imagine you come in and then you see that, oh, I've been booked in for evaluation without even having to speak into anybody. You've got the whole qualification of their property. It's booked into your auto diet. Yeah. That's fantastic. No. It's really, really interesting to hear. James, what about you? What do you think? What's the, yeah, the next big opportunity? I mean, we finally need on the side that we're working on at Alta at the moment. It's all around kind of agenda automation and and AI agents. So Lee and Oliver's piece around AI, but trying to have AI, you know, complete a lot of those tasks for you. We look at compliance, how can I identify things like like gas safeties, automatically communicate with contractors, and very quickly and efficiently get those renewed and then all the communications that have to relevant parties? So big push on a on a on a Genesys AI and workflows. And just hand back on Matthew's piece. Again, we're utilizing things about AI to build out room descriptions, scanning those photos to to work out sizes against saving all that really labor intensive time heavy work that you have to do at the introduction. You're also gaining getting more information upfront, isn't it? Because all of these things that, like the especially the AI generated aspects of it, you actually get more information than you would traditionally. Because a lot of the time, room sizes and labeling the rooms from the photos and things like that are all actually missed. And so, weirdly, doing almost less work and having it done automatically is providing you and potential viewers with more information upfront. But, yeah, I I think it can be ignored. They used to be high because it's all it's coming. But you seem to circle as well, don't they? Actually, I remember, like, you know, we could go back, like, ten years ago, it's all about how much could we write in the summary about the property and how much could we mark out those room descriptions. Then all of a sudden, it went to, let's go really minimalist and write nothing at all and add no descriptions and no sizes, and then we've we've gone kind of full circle again because of AI. We're going, let's add in loads of detail again. It's up to capturing the stuff that's gonna be relevant and it's gonna be appealing to those that that should buy. It's a streamlined way, though, isn't it? Because I think before you I mean, I remember typing out details where you want it's a it's almost like a story. You wanted to guide the viewer through the house, and you'd write every element. And now it is much more punchy. You know, it's all about, like, the marketing of it and getting that initial, like, wow factor, getting the key points out there, getting them to see what what are the key selling points of this property, what's gonna what you're gonna love about it, and then making sure that you've got everything else, there so that the viewers are equipped and can go into a viewing and ask them questions and not having the answers to it. But it also comes back to Matthew's point as well. Right? There's there's other there's other bits we do. So, yes, we might be writing more again about descriptions and building out those brochures. Actually, how we then communicate into the audience post brochure, post launch, it comes back to those social media content. You know, you see a lot of people now doing their video tools and then turning those into stories and talking about how that property is gonna enhance their lifestyle and the key features. And then you push them into then the the the details of the the brochures and the portals. So it it's quite said. We've gone full circle, but we're now adding that layer of layer of social media communication as well. It's really interesting to see the, like, the AI impact coming in. And I I know we had a previous webinar that was looking at the use of ethical AI use, and not relying on it solely, but using it to really enhance what you're doing. And you can see it here in, you know, the terms of you're not you're not replacing in the state agency with BridgeAI, but you're utilizing the AI to support actually the the staff that are already there and getting jobs done quickly and having things answered super quickly or with the photography, you know, having it analyzed or having the points that are up there or it's all those little things. It's so interesting to see because it's really, really elevating the game of the state agents completely because they all have access to this that they didn't have before. And so it must be a hard position for state agents to be in because they've really got to keep up to date with all the things that are constantly changing. And so yeah. I mean, going into partners like BridgeAI, PropertyBox, it only will help them stay on track with with other stages but also get ahead of it as well. It's really Absolutely. So before we head to our q and a, I'll just throw one last question out, from me to you. And that's it. If an if an agent could do one thing, just one, one thing tomorrow to win more instructions, what should it be? I'll have to pick that up. So yeah. So for me, it's about making sure that they stand out, their brand stands out, and they stand out for all the right reasons. High quality listings that ultimately grab people's attention that help generate an a lead and inquiry that that can later turn into a greater level of business. Brilliant. That's done. So everything Matt said, I can second that. And, of course, you guys can predict what I'm gonna say. Integrate BridgeAI because when you integrate BridgeAI, you're gonna be sure that you can capture those leads fast and those valuations faster than your competition. And, also, you're gonna be able to nurture your existing database to be able to extract as much business as you can from it and get those valuations from there. So yeah. Yeah. Again, leading on a new tool, prospecting. Right? How can you prospect efficiently and effectively, come back to identifying your target audience and market? But, yeah, we've got a new feature called auto prospecting. It will highlight opportunities where you're valued and they've gone on with other agents, as well as give you a whole of market data to see what's on market, what's been reduced, withdrawn, where they are in terms of times on market. So, yeah, utilize it after prospecting as well as all of our fantastic parts in partner integrations, BridgeAI, PropertyBox. Right. To be honest, when I asked that question, I thought everyone was gonna say that, you know, get BridgeAI, get PropertyBox, get out there, the three tips. I'll I'll see for you. That could be my one. But we'll just jump into the q and a and just see, what some of the questions are that are coming in. So first of all, we've got if I'm already using Alto, how easy is it to set up BridgeAI or PropertyBox, and how quickly will I see results? James, I'll hand over to you for that one. We mentioned this earlier, but I think I think a couple of clicks. If you head into Alto, top right hand corner, you'll see an integrations tab, find your partner, select if you've already got an account with them. There's a button to integrate. If you haven't, there's one to, again, send your details across to our partner, BridgeAI, PropertyBox. They'll be in contact, talk to you through commercials, and then, again, set that that integration up. So it can be done in a matter of hours or days, gonna know if there's a contract in place or not. So very, very simple. In terms of results, pass that over to the the other two to about how quickly they're gonna see that ROI on those investments. Yeah. Oliver, I see either either one of you. How how quickly do you think, is possible for from starting up and from integrating to actually start seeing results? So, I mean, let's say you see this and you sign up at, I don't know, 9AM throughout via Alta, you do the integration. Our our sales team will be in contact with you by probably five minutes past nine, ten minutes past nine. If it's any later than ten minutes past nine, someone's in trouble. And then, essentially, we'll go through the, we'll go through just a brief kind of walk through. We'll go through an onboarding, which involves Facebook and and WhatsApp. Sometimes that takes ten minutes. Sometimes takes half an hour. But the long story is we could essentially get you live by the end of that day. So it'd be one one business day by the end of that business day, and you could be live and see an ROI through that evening. Amazing. Is that similar for for you, Matthew? Yeah. So our our our sales and onboarding process is that they're fast and efficient, but the most important thing is, you know, when you're stood in that listing and you're trying to win that listing or whether you you've already closed that deal, you can take the photos. You can put them through our AI. You can enhance them instantaneously, and you can sit with a vendor in the living room and say, look. This is what your your house did look like. This is how great it looks, with with the AI enhancements that that my computer software, I. E. PropertyBox can do. And you'll see the the results instantaneously in that listing and instantaneously as soon as you, get that property onto right move. Again, we can build social media content, which they're not doing now, which, again, will help them get an instant impact, instant level of inquiries as soon as it goes live. Yeah. Fantastic. Actually, it's a nice, sort of like meet in the middle rather than going out and doing whole new photos sometimes if they've already got photos that they could just do a a refresh on within seconds. You know, that's a that's a a good way of almost like helping out a vendor without having to go and do a whole new job if they haven't got time to do it at that moment. Yeah. One of the, couple of the great features that we've got is we have actually got social media refresh, campaign stuff that agents can put photos through and refresh them. We've also got a dust shop generator, which means you can take your normal everyday external shot, put it through, dust shop generator, and you for, you know, talk to that vendor about refreshing the property, getting price reduction maybe. So it's all about trying to help them not only win that listing, but then retain it for longer so they've got the best chance to sell it and showcase that, actually, we as an agent are really proactive. We're we're gonna do this. So this is why you you should trust us and stay with us and and get your property sold through us. Absolutely. That sounds great. We've got another question in here. Oliver, for you, what's the average, time just putting you on the spot. What's the average time saved per week using BridgeAI for lead screening and bookings? Oh, okay. Cool. So it's about it is about four hours per user. Okay. Amazing. Or hours per user. Yeah. Or hours per user. Exactly. Fantastic. And okay. So another one coming in. Do these tools work together seamlessly, or will my team need extra training to get the most out of them? So I guess training element we've already sort of spoken about the integration of it being very seamless. You know, it's all within Alto, and you can start using it almost instantaneously once they're signed up. Do do you need training to use, either BridgeEye the AI or PottieBox? So so we have a library of training videos, which somebody can run through with their team. It takes about twenty to twenty five minutes. Once you've done that, then you're really ready to go. Amazing. Nice and quick. We've got a team of account managers and customer support managers who are always on hand to help along with live chat. But to be honest, you take some photos, you upload them, it instantly enhances them. Object remove, we can coach. If you want to read for a floor plan, you take a photo of your sketch, you upload it, we send it back finished. So it it's pretty simple and it's pretty easy to navigate, but we definitely have training available if people need it. Amazing. So within the hour with both, you could be up and running and using it without any reason. And and, I guess, if if they have problems, they can always get in in touch with you directly or with us, and and we can help out as well. But, they shouldn't need to because it's so simple to you. Final question before we finish up. How quickly can I create and publish market marketing materials with PropertyBox once I've secured an instruction? And so I know you've touched on this a couple of times, but, yeah, if you if you were gonna create and publish marketing materials, how quickly could they do that? Yeah. Of course. So when once you've got your photos and you've got your floor plan sketched out, and you upload photos, it takes about forty seconds to analyze them, lighten them, brighten them, add blue skies. If you need to do any object removal, that will take you a couple of maybe twenty seconds per image. Draw plans, you just take a photo of a sketch, so we'll save you probably forty five minutes on redrawing them. And things like, social media campaigns can be built in literally in seconds. So the whole process, you can go from building your advert, building your social media campaign alongside it, probably ten to fifteen minutes versus most people manual process right now is probably somewhere around an hour to an hour and a half. Yeah. Huge. Huge difference there in speeding up. I think you have to shout out the object removal tool as well because there's nothing worse than seeing front images with, like, bins and clutter and things like that left out. So even just being able to remove the the simple stuff like that makes a a huge impact, when it comes to marketing. And so, yeah, thank you for that. So we will end it there just because I'm conscious of time. I don't wanna keep everyone here all day as much as we could easily sit and and chat about all of this all day. So we will wrap up today's session. But thank you so much to to Matt, Oliver, and James as well for sharing your insights. And thank you to everyone for joining us. If you want to learn more about Alto, BridgeAI, or Ponticlock, and let's see how they can work together for your agency, we'll share the follow-up, with we'll share a follow-up with the on demand webinar like I mentioned earlier. We'll share links and contact details as well. So you can get in touch with, whoever you need to get in touch with or find out more information, and that will be straight after the session. There's also still time to hit the book a demo button as well. And if you do that, Alta will reach out to you directly. We did mention Alta prospecting earlier as well, and that's a new feature coming soon. So if you want to hear more about it, let us know.
